
Follow along the trail of the monarch butterfly with a film screening of “Papalotzin” at Joseph Brant Museum! Papalotzin: The Flight of the Monarch Butterfly follows the yearly migration of some 50 million butterflies in an ultra light plane decorated with the colors of the Monarch Butterfly from Canada to Michoacán, in Mexico. It is an adventure full of aerial shots, animations and interesting people. A great family documentary that wishes to create awareness about the Monarch flight. Please note that the film is 60 minutes long, in Spanish with English subtitles. Doors open at 6pm to view the museum’s exhibits, including the “Monarch & Bee” featured exhibit. Tickets are $15/adult, $12/children (12 and under) and include admission to Joseph Brant Museum, complimentary popcorn, and light refreshments.
